Cold sores are a form of herpies virus. I would suggest trying some of the liquid blistex the kind in the white tube. Sometimes the corners of my mouth crack and that heals it quickly may or may not work for you. I suggest not popping them either because if it is viral and not just pimples you will spread them. Hope this helps ya! Good luck!

Facial herpes/cold sores are the same thing. Does sound like that is what it is. If so they will go of their own accord in a few days, though they may come back in the future because they are caused by the herpes virus which stays dormant in your body.

You can get topical ointment to help the speed up the healing process from walgreens. There are a ton of different brands such as Herpecin or Lysine. Good luck to ya!
