Help with early stages of cold sores! PLEASE?

i swear by white vinegar! put it on as much as you can as soon as you can and it should dry up in no time. it stings, but it’s worth it.

Go to the dr and get an rx for valtrex. I know that sounds crazy, and I know that cold sores are differ from the other strands of herpes. However, it knocks it out before it ever becomes visible if you get it early enough. Go ASAP tomorrow morning. It only takes a dose or two, so you still have an entire bottle to save for next time it happens.

I use a prescription called Famvir, it is a miracle drug for these things! Your primary care or your dentist can call it in for you, you take it when you first feel the tingle and if you Catch it in time it will go away, if not it shortens the length and severity of the thing by quite a bit of time! Keep it moist is another good suggestion, but I have not had any success with anything over the counter.
